Jersey Wetland Center
The Jersey Airport Shuttle is just a 10 minute drive (via Mont du Jubilé) from the Jersey Wetland Centre. With 16 viewing windows, the center offers a unique opportunity to see a variety of wildlife including ducks, geese and seabirds in their natural environment. It's a great day out for the whole family and there is free public parking across the street.

Das Arboretum Val De La Mare
This arboretum was originally created by the Moores family in 1975 as a tribute to their son. Hundreds of seeds were sourced from around the world to create an enchanting space where visitors can discover a variety of rare trees. Funding dwindled over the years, and the violent storms of 1987 also took their toll. In 2012, Jersey Trees for Life took over the project and the area was regenerated. With 300 surviving specimens, including a giant sequoia tree, it's definitely worth a look.

Castle of Mont Orgueil
Mont Orgueil Castle is around a 30-minute drive on the Jersey Airport Shuttle (via the A2) or a 15-minute drive from St Helier. Its fortifications protected the island from French invasion for over 600 years. A popular attraction today, it offers a wealth of hidden gems, spiral staircases and imposing towers to explore.
